Refund policy

We hope you love your Blessie pieces 💜. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns & refunds work.

Returns Within Australia

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, worn garments cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at contact@blessie.com.au before sending anything back. We require your order number, order date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if products are returned to us without our verification or approval., 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Sending the return parcel back to our return address in Australia.

Defective or Incorrect Items

As a small business, we generally only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item

We totally understand that issues can happen. If your item doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us at contact@blessie.com.au with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll review your request and keep you updated on the outcome.

If the return is approved and received, please note that replacement items may take 2–3 weeks to arrive, as they are shipped from our warehouse in China.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All underwear and sanitary pads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • Worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged items cannot be accepted

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:

  • Receipt of your return

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds will be returned in store credit or to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary)

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even for free shipping orders

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable

Returns Outside Australia

The same above policy applies for international orders. However, returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China, which may result in longer processing times depending on international shipping.
