At Blessie, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about shipping, delivery, and order terms in line with Australian Consumer Law. Our business is based in Perth, Western Australia, and the shipping warehouse is in China.
Shipping Destinations
Other than Australia, we ship to countries worldwide including United Kingdom, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. If your country appears as an option at checkout, delivery is available to your location.
Shipping availability may change due to carrier limitations or regulatory requirements.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times from the warehouse in China:

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and serve as general guidance. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as shipping and transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Order Processing
All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that during public holidays, peak periods or times of high order volume, processing or dispatch may take slightly longer.
International Shipping & Customs
As orders are shipped from the warehouse in China:
- Any customs duties, taxes, tariff or import fees required by your destination country are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are non-refundable.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item received is defective or incorrect — in which case, we’ll gladly make it right for you.
Pricing & Order Availability
All prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already received a shipping confirmation.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Blessie reserves the right to cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to stock issues or payment verification concerns.
If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via the contact details provided at checkout, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Delays & Liability
Blessie is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.
